Joyce Taylor currently serves as the Accounting Manager at Pitney Bowes Inc, where she has been for 22 years in several capacities including HR Manager, Finance Manager, Shared Services Manager for billing, AP, HR and T&E. While working for the mail processing equipment and integrated mail solution provider, Joyce spent time developing 17 or 18 business cases to move the company’s employees from filling out expense reimbursement forms on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to a cloud-based software, a strategy that met all her executive committee’s requirements, saving her department hours of time a month.
