E-mail Notification Control

If you are receiving too many e-mails from Certify, or if you want to know how to tell Certify to send fewer or less e-mail to you, this article is for you!

You can use the E-mail Notifications section of the My Account page to control which workflow events send you e-mail. The E-mail Notifications page allows you to control e-mail sent to you about your expense reports and expense report approval requests, as well as e-mail regarding expense reports delegated to you. Here is a snippet of the E-mail Notifications page:

The first section is labeled, "E-mail to Me About My Expense Reports." Select or deselect the checkboxes in this section to control e-mail notifications sent to you about your expense reports. You can also choose to not receive e-mail when you are sent an expense report for approval.

The second section is labeled, "E-mail to Others About Their Expense Reports." If a manager has entered you as a delegate user, you will be copied on e-mail sent to the manager. You cannot control whether or not the manager is sent the e-mail, but you can control whether or not you are copied on the e-mail. Select or deselect the checkboxes in this section to control whether or not you are copied on e-mail sent to the manager.
