Login Trouble?

Your Certify login credentials contain two pieces: your username, and your password. Your username is your e-mail address, generally your company e-mail address.

If you have forgotten your password, first try the Lost Password Wizard, located on the login page of Certify. This will enable you to reset your password and log in to your account.

If you are a new Certify user, your login information can be found in the "Welcome" e-mail that was sent to you. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folders if you feel you have not received this e-mail. You can also ask your Certify Administrator to re-send this e-mail.

If you have forgotten the answers to your security questions, your Certify Administrator can reset them for you.

If you continue to have difficulty, contact your company’s Certify Administrator. Your administrator can re-send your login credentials, and also assist you with your password and security questions.

If after trying the above steps you are still not able to log in successfully, please contact Certify Support at support@certify.com or by calling 207-773-6100 option 4.
