Join Certify for Our Final User Conference of the Year

With the close of the year in sight, we're quickly approaching our fourth and final user conference of 2017. So far, we have held three great user conferences in Houston, Atlanta and Chicago that saw hundreds of attendees, and we plan to keep the momentum going with our San Francisco user conference later this month. We'll be holding our final user conference at the Grand Hyatt hotel on Thursday, November 16, and have some new things planned for our west coast trip.

Why should you consider attending? To start, it's the premier forum for learning new ways to master the T&E expense reporting process and maximize your company's investment in Certify. And it's all completely free of charge. Since starting our user conferences in 2016, we have grown our events in content and attendance. And for the past 2 years, 100% of our user conference attendees surveyed would recommend the experience to their colleagues.

“I really enjoyed listening to the other users and their issues and solutions they came up with throughout the course of the day,” is what one happy accounting specialist had to say about the experience.

The user conference series is really a great resource for Certify customers and a whole lot of fun. To get it all started, Bob Neveu, Certify CEO will kick off the event at 8:30 a.m. with his keynote presentation on the state of expense management in the market today and Certify accomplishments over the past year. Next our Director of Sales Success, Steve Lackner, will highlight all the new product releases and enhancements from a new user experiences to integrated AP invoice capabilities as well as the acquisition of a leading online travel booking technology. Steve will also highlight our two new latest product additions, Certify Invoice and Certify Enterprise Travel.

After a short break, Steve will be back to layout Certify's product roadmap for the remainder of 2017, including the new features and services as well as APIs and expanded international tools. Next up will be moderated customer panel discussion to discover tips and techniques to maximize the effectiveness of your Certify solution.

Following a break for lunch, Courtney O'Reilly, Certify's Training Services Manager will launch into our first of three new sessions for the San Francisco conference. Courtney will review administrative features that many users may not be using and will also provide an overview of the enterprise report dashboard. Next, our product specialists and experts will moderate a thought leadership roundtable that examines current T&E trends and best practices, perform deep dives into Certify features and share use cases.

We will then pause for a quick 15-minute break before jumping into one of our new sessions planned for the conference. Our Certify Support Manager, Jill Briggs, will host a session showcasing the ins and outs of feature requests, learn what our top support ticket topics are and learn how to anticipate FAQs from your user base. Following this session, Courtney alongside Erin Mottet, Certify Manager, Account Managers, will show the shortcuts, hacks and best practices needed to become a Ceritfy power user.

Additionally, Certify will be hosting 30-minute private sessions with product specialists (scheduled by appointment only) to dive deeper into the Certify experience. To close things out, Bob will be back to present his closing remarks before we break once again for our end of conference cocktail reception.
