That’s a Wrap: Houston User Conference

The 2017 Certify User Conference launched Tuesday, March 21, in Houston, Texas, as the first stop in a series of one-day, educational showcases to be held throughout the year. And with attendance from over 36 different companies from Texas and throughout the Southwest, this event proved as a great opportunity to network and share ideas with like-minded individuals.

This year’s conferences are built around the theme “empowering the t&e hero in you” by providing the tools to make expense reporting easier for you and your team. And we think we helped our attendees do just that. With over eight different sessions to choose from, like administrative training, Certify Invoice and advanced integrations, attendees were able to add a variety of tools to their expense management arsenal. Led by Certify product experts, these sessions gave a broad overview on how to effectively use Certify to make expense management even easier.

The morning started with a quick keynote address from Certify president and co-founder, Bob Neveu, who welcomed the group, and provided an introductory briefing into the state of expense management today. Following that, Steve Lackner, Certify Director of Sales Success gave a run-down of the latest product releases and enhancements the Certify team has been hard at work on designing.

Another well-attended session on the agenda was with Courtney O’Reilly, Certify Training Services Manager and Erin Mottet, Certify Manager of Account Managers, who presented five real-world Certify customer stories. Along with a detailed description on how Certify helped to do everything from controlling miscellaneous expenses, to deploying international tools, the team also included an overview of the implementation process for each area discussed.

Similarly to last year, the product specialist one-on-one meetings were a huge hit. Our product experts were booked solid with individuals looking to go deeper on a particular Certify feature, or have a specific question answered. The sessions proved beneficial for both current and potential customers, so if you’re planning on attending the Atlanta User Conference on May 16th, be sure to sign up for your one-one-one session, because space is limited.

If you couldn’t join us in Houston, the Certify User Conference is coming soon to a city near you.
