With an increasing popularity of business travel today, companies can now expect to spend an average of 6-12% of their total annual budget on travel and entertainment costs. Now in its fifth year, the Certify Annual Expense Management Trends survey helps finance professionals and accounting controllers identify the best practices for T&E expense reporting, and benchmark against industry averages for any size company.

For the 2017 Expense Management Trends report, Certify surveyed and analyzed data from more than 600 CFOs, controllers and finance professionals (non-customers) to identify the state of expense management today, and gain insight on where things are heading in 2017.
