2016 Expense Management Trends: Annual T&E Outlook and Benchmarks

Expense management insights from leading finance professionals

With companies now spending between 10-12% of total annual revenue on travel and entertainment, the systems used to manage T&E expenses have become increasingly important to the bottom line.

Now in its fourth year, the Certify annual Expense Management Trends survey helps finance leaders identify best practices for T&E expense management and compare their current processes to those of peer companies.

For the 2016 Expense Management Trends report, Certify collected and analyzed data from more than 500 CFOs, controllers and finance professionals (non-customers) to check the pulse of expense management today, and get a preview of where things are headed in 2016. Questions range from the types of expense management systems used and average processing costs per report, to the specific ways companies are realizing a return on investment from switching to a new system.
