Terms: The use of Certify is a flexible monthly service agreement for all accounts. If you use it, pay for it. If you change your mind, stop paying for it. With our month-to-month usage terms, you can cancel at any time without a penalty.
Delivery: Certify is available as a subscription service via the Internet and there is no delivery of any software. There is nothing to download and install on your computer and there are no shipping, delivery or implementation fees for using Certify.
Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payment is billed monthly in advance of service. If your company requires a different payment option, please contact us.
Billing: You do not need to provide credit card or payment information to use a free trial. At the end of your free trial, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information to set-up your payment for Certify. During the payment setup process, you will be prompted to select the number of Certify users and also provide your credit card details for payment. Your credit card will be automatically billed every month for continued service.
Cancellation: You can cancel at anytime without any penalty.
Returns/Refunds: There are no returns or refunds. We provide each user with a generous free trial period, so you can try Certify before you pay for it. Once you pay for the service for the month, we do not offer any return or refund service. However, you can cancel at anytime without any penalty.
