Introducing Even Easier Setup and Onboarding for New Certify Users

Onboarding for New Certify Users

From the welcome email to the final screen, clear and concise prompts guide unfamiliar users through the initial password and account setup steps, including preferences for language and currency, and other account details. There's progress bar, too, so your users will know where they are in the process and how many steps are left to go. All great features, right? But one of the best parts about Certify's new user setup wizard comes after the inductee completes the setup process.

It's what we call the “what's next” panel, and it highlights all the extra features selected by your company that are available to each user. The what's next panel appears on a user's Certify homepage for five consecutive logins, encouraging them to explore the training and system features that will help them become full-fledged experts. Links in the panel can include:
  • Get Certify Mobile takes users to the Add Receipts and Expenses Screen for instructions on how to download the Certify Mobile app.
  • Configure Direct Deposit links to the My Account page to enter bank account details.
  • Add a Credit Card also brings users to the My Account page to enter credit card number(s) for company-approved credit cards.
  • Visit Certify Training Camp links to the support help center to register for live trainings, view tutorial videos and browse help articles.
